Steve Calise, formerly from Legal Seafood and McCormick & Schmicks, Chart House Restaurant, and Be Our Guest Restaurant Group recently became the Corporate Executive Chef for the Dave Magrogan Group. Steve's knowledge and experience has been able to move past and present companies forward in the kitchen, both creatively and financially. He brings years of experience in every level of kitchen organization.
