Adam Gottlieb is the Managing Partner for Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House locations, providing Consistency of the Brand and its management and staff. Before his career at Doc’s, Adam worked for prestigious restaurants including Tango Bistro in Bryn Mawr, Savona in Gulph Mills, Sonoma in Manayunk, Marks Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton Resort and Club. While at Savona, his chef was the winner of the Food and Wine Top 10. Marks Las Olas was the Top 5 Resaturant in 1995 and the winner of Food and Wine Top 10. Boca Ranton Resort and Club was one of only Five 5-star and 5-diamond resorts in the country. With his vast knowledge and wild success, Adam brings concentration on training, food quality, and exceeds guest expectations to the table.
